Flowkn provides an AI-first platform for building Super Apps that run and grow a business. Our Services include but are not limited to: AI-powered data analysis, automated monitoring, natural language insights, workflow automation, and shareable business intelligence applications.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation, or to engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services.

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Flowkn, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information.

You retain ownership of all data you upload to or create through the Services. By using the Services, you grant Flowkn a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flowkn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall Flowkn's aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Services exceed the greater of one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100) or the amount you paid Flowkn in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flowkn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, England.
